Thread OP

The battle continues…

I've been spraying this plant with fungicide & on the spot insecticide treatment weekly, as well as doing systemic granules every couple months. I feel like I've made progress but there are still problems. Here are some images I took.

Does anyone have additional advice on have to revive this plant? Thanks.

What products have you been using?

False jasmine leaves go red like that when they are severely stressed, and yours look... stressed to say the very least!
Typical causes of stress for potted specimens like your are overwatering (including poor soil drainage), being rootbound, salt scorch and several sap-sucking pests left unchecked (albeit usually sooty mold is quick to arrive in the last case).

Check the soil and root of that plant first: you can stop using whatever you are using and you should concentrate on removing whatever is stressing that plant so severely.

Thanks for the reply. There was a lot of mold a few months ago, I had made a post with some pics:

The thread "Black substance on Jasmine" in Pests and Diseases forum

I feel like I've come a long way from there but still having major issues. I've been using the following products every since I started treating this plant months ago.

Yeah, you can stop all treatments: in fact you've continued for far too long. Hilarious!

Usually a single treatment with imidacloprid is enough to kill pretty much any pest. It will need to be repeated down the road in case of a new attack, but rest assured it has long killed EVERYTHING that was on that plant.

As said above now you need to focus on removing stress factors. With the pests gone the plant should start recovering but the fact it hasn't started sending out new growth means there's something else at work. And usually it's a water or root problem with potted False jasmine.

Store away your fungicide and insectides for when you'll need them next time and take a look at the rootball.
