I found this when I went to buy soil. It was labeled tropical Foliage. The leaves have a dull waxy surface.

I'm hoping I found a variegated Ficus Benjamina.
I have found that coffee, tea, and rose can all agree on one thing... water everyday.

Nice find! I've had a couple of Weeping Fig (Ficus benjamina 'Variegata') over the years and they are really pretty trees!
