I got this jade plant back in September and it has since developed these dry brown spots on its lower leaves. It recently put out two healthy-looking leaves so I'm not sure if I should still be concerned... Any help would be much appreciated! Thank You!

I would not be overly concerned about that. The important thing is that the plant puts out new growth on top, and one day the damaged leaves will follow their natural life course and fall off the stem, leaving a healthy rosette at the top.

The more natural light you can provide your plant, the better. Assuming you're approaching winter like we are, the best spot in the house is usually right in front of your sunniest southerly facing window.

Welcome!
