Why are names wrong in the plant database?

Well I just saw the page on Aeonium 'sunburst' in the plant database. It says Aeonium Decorum 'sunburst'.
Obviously Aeonium Sunburst is not a cultivar of Decorum. Aeonium sunburst is a variegated form of Davidbramwellii.
