Penstemon purple stem and leaf? in the Plant ID forum

I have this photo of a plant I used to have marked purple stemmed Penstemon but can't identify this accurately.
Anybody have any ideas? I am adding a photo

Yes, I noticed there are several similar new cultivars.

Too bad the image doesn't enlarge to really see the bloom details but I suspect it would be difficult anyway to pinpoint it, they blooms may be too similar.
