Haworthia tips needed ASAP

some of my haworthia's leaves are curling on the sides (also brown and weak)
how do i stop it and can i prune those unhealthy leaves?

I really don't think there's the need to post two threads about the same thing. Take a picture of your plant, it will help.

I would water it well. Maybe stand it in a bowl of water. It is possible the Soil is hydrophobic, see if the wight of the pot drasticly changes.

That kind of white is normal. Happen to know why the crown (growth point) is missing?

Well, you'll just have to wait for it to start growing pups. Other than that, it will probably survive.
