Hello again peeps!
I have at least 4 or 5 types of syngonium but I don't know this 2.

Anyone? Your expertise is highly appreciated ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜š

Not acquainted with different varieties of Syngonium podophyllum, thought they were all the same, chuckl. I do understand pothos has now different varieties, just don't know why they would bother! Sorry Welcome!
So many roads to take, choices to make, and laughs to share!

The 1st pic shows a juvenile leaf, the 2nd pic shows a more mature leaf.

They bother about these varieties because each has their own characteristics, same with human.Some are sun tolerant, some are not, so knowing their characteristics is important. Anyway, in biology world, that is normal, but for ordinary people like us its kind of new & interesting & amazing(although I'm not sure about you๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜)โœŒ๏ธ

@purpleinopp

They are both mature leaf of 2 different type of syngonium, and the 2nd pic the leaves are all green with a hint of lighter green veins in the middle.

Pic above is another mature form

2nd pic is I think what you call juvenile form?

3rd pic is the leaf of that very 1st pic above, unfurling.

The little white stripe on the midrib looks a lot like S. angustatum. The stripe usually disappears as the leaf gets bigger

Chuckl, well I am accustomed to the natives we have in Florida, it never was tame enough I wanted it indoors, I simply meant I should have known someone would make new cultivars...
looks like it might be Green-gold, or Albolineatum...

Thanks. Will check that variety later.๐Ÿ˜Š
@kittriana
I don't know about new cultivars๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Š. I just buy if I find the plant looks nice. Most of my plants either given to me or I took it somewhere on the road ๐Ÿคซ๐Ÿ˜. Some I bought.
As far as I know, surely Fina1960 knows, that they are making tissue cultivars for photos even in caladiums.

Most Syngonium cultivars are years old at this point. The 'Allusion' line (Pink Allusion, Mango Allusion etc etc) is not by any means new. There may be a few new ones introduced more recently but they have been around forever. The Albo-vargiegated (which everyone has forgotten was once referred to as 'Emerald Gem' 15-20 years ago) is also not a new plant, even though its popularity is at an all time high at the moment.
White Butterfly is probably the oldest cultivar I know of, its been around 20 years or more and is the most common non-green.

The 'newer' introductions are SYngoniums like 'Batik', 'Three Kings', Pink Splash (a 'splashier' more sectional version of 'Confetti') 'Mojito' and some others.
The one he has that looks like the more mature sectional leaf looks like S. angstatum, a different species from the S. podophyllum which was the basis for all the other cultivars
