What type of weed is this? I live in southern California (Riverside) and This weed is everywhere around where I stay. When It comes in contact with my skin, it pokes and itches really bad immediately. It leaves red bumps. Im not sure how long bumps last ok skin. Please Help!!

Stinging Nettle, possibly. A common skin irritant, yet makes a soothing tea.

My guess is also Stinging Nettle and quite possibly Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica)

Thanks for those links, Lin, I only just double-checked the link I posted and it wasn't specific to U. dioica, which I intended, so I removed it. Thumbs up

Welcome! to the forum Korina!
Some good sources of in-person gardening assistance for you are either Parkview Nursery (Chicago or Magnolia) and Louie's Nursery on Van Buren in Woodcrest. I've worked at both Parkviews and visit Louie's fairly regularly.
