Yes, it looks like Bamboo Palm (Chamaedorea seifrizii) which is found in a few counties here in Florida and is listed as a Category II non-native invasive.

I have this in my yard. Its slower to invade in zone 9A. But I also have a specimen in my greenhouse that is easily as large if not larger than the one in your photograph. I have been trying to figure out a way to thin it....its a clumping palm (obviously) but the clump is very very tight at the base so hard sometimes to get away with viable propagations
