Very nice; I'll be watching in hopes that someone can offer an exact identity! My first thought was possibly Kalanchoe fedtschenkoi, or maybe a juvenile form of Kalanchoe laciniata 'Variegata' but the growth habit of those leaves are throwing me off.

For some reason, they're calling K. blossfeldiana plants annuals. AFAIK, there are no annuals in the Kal genus. K. blossfeldiana is a common long-lived houseplant, and absolutely perennial. It's deciduous in the ground here. The above-ground parts are lost to frost but the roots stay alive and new growth comes up in the spring.

There are quite a few Kalanchoe on the market that are just arriving in the U.S, some of them with spectacular leaves. I wouldn't give much credence to what Costa Farms has it labeled as they often mislabel plants.
