Might need a closer look at the leaves.
Or,
Is this a photo found on the internet, of something you might like to grow?

Thanks Sally. Yes this photo is from the internet. I really like this type of tree and was hoping to identify it so that I can look to source some for my home.

Any ideas on a plant that can achieve this appearance? I thought Lilly Pilli but it does not have the fruit?

Hope someone else can suggest, your location is in England?
The right tree to plant is partly based on where (in the world) you plant it.
Those are young trees. They may not keep that look more than a few years without correct pruning (I am guessing)

Others will probably have some ideas...

I can't ID the trees from the photo, but would guess from the way they've been pruned to a lollipop shape that they might be some sort of Lime or Hornbeam trees? Try searching for Tilia AKA Lime or Linden Tree, or Carpinus AKA Hornbeam Tree.

There are different species and varieties of each... a tree nursery or landscaper should be able to help you select one that's appropriate for your growing conditions.

Welcome!

It appears the photo is from Sydney, Australia advertising Hampton Homes swimming pools. As they are poolside, I would guess something evergreen and small growing. Here's a list of suggested trees for UK gardens:
