We moved a couple of years ago to the north Dallas area and have been slowly adding plants. Now that some have been in the ground a good year or so I need to know when the recommended time to prune
1. Miniature roses in containers
2. Drift roses in the ground
3. Sedges
4. Mexican feather grass.
Where I used to live it was late January to mid February to prune, but here seems about half a zone colder so wasn't sure if I should shift it. I'm ready to start, but wanted to ask. Thanks

Jan/Feb are best pruning times. You had a freeze and enough time for the sap to slow, March is a bit late, but first of March can still be used. Checking on Easter- April 17th, so prune thru first 2 weeks of March.
So many roads to take, choices to make, and laughs to share!
