The original photo of this banner was lost in editing. Luckily, here's a different angle for the big picture. Unlike so many other black-eyed susans, little suzy sits closer to the ground with coarser blooms, giving it a "mouth feel" that deer are more likely to ignore.

I like the contrast of the silvery fuzzy Lamb's ears next to the bright colors of Little Suzy!
And better that the deer will leave them alone. Thank you for the inspiration!
