The best I think I can do is to say it is a Latouria type Dendrobium.
I doubt that it is a species, most likely a hybrid. Which one, I do not know. There are a few well known and widely sold spotted yellow hybrids, Bruce Gordon being one. I doubt that this is Bruce Gordon.
I have a suggestion. When looking for a precise name or ID, it would be a good idea to isolate a single flower or two. But with that tangled mess of 8 or 9 flowers, it can get difficult to decipher where one flower ends and another begins. It makes it difficult to decide what the flower is really like.
Part of that is the way these things bloom, kind of helter skelter!
But it could also be indicative of why it is important to keep a developing bloom spike to constantly face the same direction. If the plant gets moved, the spike may face east, then west, then south, then west again, this is not a good idea. The spike develops twists and turns as the spike bends towards the brightest light.
THIS MIGHT BE BETTER OFF IF IT WAS POSTED IN THE ORCHID FORUMS.
