Crassula marginalis rubra variegata, I think.

Pictures tomorrow, just got it last week, very pretty green and pink. Been under good LED light so it's darkening, not sure if it'll be red or purple.

And the whole thing isn't changing color, just some parts, so far at least.
Strange and very cool.

I'm reading they're trailers, very excited to have one to work with.

I know they root super-easily, but have any of you just divided them?

Seems quicker, and I'll just root whatever breaks off.

So pretty and cute, which I think is rare. I hope it works out well! This is one of my serial killer plants. I don't even want to think of how many times I've tried this.

Still torn (no pun intended) between division plus rooting whatever breaks, or just rooting cuttings.

I'd probably hope for some stray ends right now. See how they behave as cuttings.

IDK why they die. It happens so fast, I don't even get a chance to wonder or try to propagate. One day it looks fine, then I look a few days later & everything is laying flat, turning brown. I'll keep trying but a quick browse through my "Crassula" folder of pics shows sooooooo many dead plants from this genus, not just the lovely kitty one. Maybe more than any other genus. I need to stop buying these & Echeverias. I do know what happened to the last one though.
I watched my mail carrier person SHAKE my box before handing it to me. Most of those plants are dead.

Thankfully some people do so well with them, and I love to see their plants. : )

Weird. How do you do with jades?

Jades seem easy to me, I have no problems with those.
