I was actually asking Emerald Goddess Gardens yesterday if they knew the exact cultivar name of this brugmansia. I bought this plant from them years ago, and their response was:

"This old listing is for Brugmansia Versicolor. The botanical name on this one is Brugmansia aurea. Unfortunately it is an older hybrid so its parentage is unknown. Most of the newer fancy varieties have easily traceable lineages, but many of the older hybrids have been passed along for so long that their history is long forgotten. We wish we could offer more insight. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!"

So I actually don't know if it is Frosty Pink, but that is a better lead than I had! Thanks Dave!

MinxFox, if the person or nursery that you got this from didn't have an id tag or nursery tag, one should call it a NOID per the Societies I used to belong to. Their reasoning was you don't have the proper ID than you don't know for sure. There are so many that appear the same and some nursery have change the names to sell. Just a little more history for you. Some growers have gone to the point to use permanent marker on the trunk to make sure they have the correct ID. You can check with Brugmansia Growers Internation. BGI.
