Another possibility is a yellow Arctotis fastuosa (Venidium fastuosum).
Both Arctotis fastuosa and Chrysanthemum carinatum are very similar in blooms, and vary in colors, but the central blotch a bit different between both. Seeing the leaves will also helps to distinguish them. Arctotis would have notched/lobed margin while Chrysanthemum carinatum will be lacy
