Tulip 'Daydream'

This was taken years ago at one of my favorite places for long walks, the Chicago Botanic Garden. I did manage to catch the nameplate in the full image, which turned out to be wrong however. It was tagged as 'Rainbow Warrior', but it looks like 'Daydream'.

Edited to correct name of tulip.

How beautiful!! It's such a great pop of color, and a sunny greeting to the eyes. Tulips are always pretty, whatever type.

Thank you. Yes, I've been going through old pics while waiting for spring and planting and finding many possibilities. And it's surprising at times that a great image can make a horrid banner when it's just a thin slice of the original... and then a so-so pic ends up making a great banner.
