Am hoping to get a replacement of this bush for my mom but have no clue what it is. This is the best picture I have. Had it for about 15/20 years before was accidentally removed and burned in the burning pile by a friend helping us with our yard. We live in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Grandma had gotten in from a local nursery, am planning on bringing picture into them but love a possible name to go with it.

Reminds me of Punica granatum Flore pleno...common name Pomegranate.
Hope this helps.

Second that as Pomegranate.

I think that is a dwarf pomegranate, they are more compact, freeflowering, but with tiny fruits. usually only grown as ornamental

Hi tiggeray2000, Welcome! to garden.org

I too agree, that's a variety of Pomegranates (Punica granatum)

Thank you all for the help! Our local nursery staff is great but can't expect everyone there to know the name of everything. I'm glad I can go in there and not be completely clueless (about this one thing anyway) Thank You!
