Does anyone know what these are? I know I planted them but squirrels moved my tags around.

Thank you so much! I did plant Lamb's Ear

I did not plant the ground ivy.

I kept thinking it looked like some kind of Salvia but I only planted Silver Sage & Culinary Sage & I know what those look like & where I planted them
