found these small plants growing in abundance today and can't quite figure out what they are. the leaves were a little fuzzy. thanks!

I'm not at all familiar with plants in northern zones but whatever that is it sure is beautiful and I will be real curious to hear it's identity!

thank you for the help and the welcome! I looked up foxglove and it seems to be a little more fuzzy .. the one I found also has smooth edges. I think this may be one that I have to wait and see!

thank you both! someone suggested borage and comfrey popped up as I was looking at photos, and I was kinda leaning that way. now with the input I'm thinking it definitely belongs in the borage family. I really appreciate the help!
