This winter sown plant grew slowly as a seedling in 2021. I potted it up in June. It matured in August. I transplanted it into the garden in early November. It overwintered well and is maturing. Last week I divided one of the clumps I transplanted from a pot in November. It had substantial roots and seems to be doing well. Other clumps are healthy and growing well. Wood mulching is helping the plant thrive.

Awaiting flowers this spring. I read that it may bloom twice in spring and fall.
