Thread OP
Hello, as the title says, are there any trees that have a white bark and yellow/green leaves during spring and summer?

You can't have too many viburnums..
There are two I am aware of. They are both members of the Planetree/Sycamore genus, which have fine whitish bark throughout the crowns.
**
Platanus x acerifolia (syn. P. x hybrida)
'Mirkovec', which is supposed to have a mixture of pink, cream, and bronze finely lobed leaves with prominent veins.

**
Platanus occidentalis
'Howard', which has bright yellow new growth which fades to green in summer's heat.

Several birches (Betula utilis, B pendula, B jacquemontii, B papyrifera) have white bark. Aspen also, of course. Some eucalyptus trees and melaleuca also, depending on your hardiness zone.
