My friend is giving me this plant and I'd like to know what it is. He was given some seeds by a friend, apparently it's a poisonous plant (but in my opinion rather beautiful) and she told him it was quite rare and from my google search I would agree! I was thinking down the solanum nigrum route but I can't find anything about them ever having black spotted leaves. Anyone shed any light?
