Thread OP
Western Mass
For the last few years, all of my Mountain Laurels (one in the backyard, two in the front) have been covered with brown spotted leaves --some yellowing, most green with brown spots. I dug one out last week but would like to try and save the others if possible. The problem is that every leaf is infected. My google searches suggest I should prune back the diseased leaves/branches and then spray the remaining leaves and roots with a fungicide that has copper in it. But what if EVERY leaf is diseased? Should I remove all of them? Should I keep the buds that have not yet flowered -- and won't for at least another 6 weeks? Should I wait until after the bush flowers? The remaining bush in the front is very, very leggy. I'd like to prune for that as well but not sure if that's just too much.

Or should I just pull it out?
