Is this Echeveria peacockii? It's not doing well. But i've repotted it and I hope it'll come back!

I'm not sure you will know for sure (or at least I would withhold judgment, given my limited experience) until you get a chance to see the flowers. It seems like maybe a hybrid to me, but the flowers on G. paraguayense are pretty distinctive, and you would recognize them when you saw them. White petals with delicate red spots on them.
