Greetings. I'm looking for help identifying a plant from a picture. An individual on YouTube identified it as "Black Eyed Susan", however all my searches of variants of the same name, do need seem to match with the plant pictured. Perhaps it is a Black Eyed Susan and I'm looking at it wrong, or maybe he was simply going off what his wife told him she thought it was. That's why I'm hoping you green thumbs can help point me in the right direction.
This picture was taken in the UK, though I do not know specifically where. It seems to have been taken in October, form the information in the video.
