@roseman2000 This looks like a lovely variety of Siberian iris, not northern blue flag iris, aka Iris versicolor.

As Tienito mentioned, it appears to be some sort of Siberian Iris. Unfortunately, Blue Flag is a pretty generic name that gets applied to a wide variety of irises. The picture can either be moved to the general Iris page or removed. Please let me know which you would prefer.
