the teeth look a little bit more pronounced looking more serrate that I am use to for the species you listed. K. fedtschenkoi I have seen the teeth are usually smaller and more rounded or crenate, but I do not know if that is a diagnostic criteria or not outside of blooms. I could be wrong but the teeth morphology just strikes me as different?

Hylotelephium has opposite foliage. The asked-about plant has pairs of opposite leaves. Agree that it's some kind of Kalanchoe. Also look @ K. laxiflora. Someone @ the garden should know.
