Oh how I miss lilac! When I lived in the Berkshires I would fill vases inside my home so I could smell them inside and outside. All of these beautiful lilac pics are bringing back fond memories!

Belle de Nancy was one of my favourite Lilacs at our garden in Robson. It had been a Nursery in the 20's, 30's and 40's, and there were about 15 varieties of Lilacs, and the fragrance was amazing on our acre and a half.
Here are some of the other varieties of Lilacs I picked for our Garden Tour in 2006.
