Looks like extra-large, recently depupped versions of Echeveria runyonii. Summertime pic?

The timing is right for runyonii.

It is not lilacina, which makes smaller, different shaped flowers at a different time of year.

The reference description for runyonii inflorescences is a (usually) double shepherd's crook, flowers pink to red in color but pink in appearance because of the powder. Unbranched and doubly branched inflorescences may also appear.

Lola is usually white to pale glaucous green and not blue like the plants in the picture. Its flowers are not a match (being a cross between lilacina and derenbergii, the hybrid makes less substantial flowers on a weaker stem). Check the images here:
