My neighbor's once thriving and full of blooms and seedpods plumeria that got severely damaged by frost may be salvageable. Here it is now, I repotted and gave it a "general" purpose Agro-thrive. Hopefully the rot at the top of the branches will not spread. I gave it a good dose of hydrogen peroxide.
