I got this and will try and root it. Just off the plant, no roots in the baggie.
The top is o virus, I will put a node in the pot. From there, maybe cut the remaindemore time? time? Would you think 2 bare stem pieces could put out a new bud?

thanks for the reminder.
One nice thing about still working full time, help me ignore plants as needed. And summer here, with my potting bench in the shade, nature does a lot of the care.

I dawned on me, where are the other two sections, that were just stem and node(s)? I just looked. One rotted. The other is green below the surface of the coir, with a node right there, rotted above just a short bit of stem. I have seen a brug cutting do that= rotten exposed part but the part in the soil all nice and green and live.

Moved to a clear cup. The short piece has a couple very tiny roots on the bottom node. Long piece lost both leaves, still green but no roots yet. Into the cup and wait.

Just had to see. A couple white roots with sphagnum clining to them. Staked and clipped to the pot to stabilize. Now outside for nurturing by mother nature.
