If non-infected leaves continues to get infected it is not working.
I see it is the Liquid Copper Fungicide with 8% metallic copper equivalent it is very mild in terms of metallic copper content based on industrial standards, which will generally 50% actual metallic copper equivalent.
You can try some copper hydroxide which will come in powder form and you add water to it, something like KOCIDE 3000 (eBay) which has and actual 30% metallic copper quivalent, a bit confusing since generally that is never the number that is advertised but the compound (copper hydroxide) percentage number 46.1%
Although preventive is always better than when the infection is on.
