Rosettes are Aeonium, Aeonium haworthii. The crassula-like plant is likely Sedum, maybe Sedum praelatum or sedum apple snap.

Aeonium haworthii...excellent, thank you!
I asked the guy (not my manager buddy but his succulent guy who did their front display) and he said they were were crassulas but I appreciate the correction.

Sedum praelatum, great to know, lost my last one about 12 years ago.
Snagged it out of my store-owner's compost pile when his wife's back about 7 years prior.
That one I've always considered a crassula and not a sedum.. Thanks!

On topic, this was in my local news several years ago: https://www.michaelkauffmann.n...

Plant poaching.
This guy shipped thousands of them with the help of a few friends, including some that were probably a 20 minute drive from me.

When he realized he faced charges in the US he fled the country and did the same damn thing in South Africa with conophytum succulents.

Those things are beautiful, I keep meaning to look for some cultivated ones even though they wash up in the surf all the time.
