Hi,

This is the first year my g/f and I started to learn how to grow food. We have a raised wicking bed planter box, which we used to grow 3 cucumbers (supposed to be for pickling, but the first one was the fattest cucumber I've ever seen, and it seemed to rob from the rest of the plant until we picked it.

Also have about 30 young cherry tomatoes growing on one plant. The first ones came out nice, but after the rest of the plant flowered and started to grow tomatoes everywhere, the first ones seem arrested in their growth.

And finally we have lots of delicious beans that have been an awesome, occasional snack.

Anyway, I have many, many questions regarding growing/pruning/seeding. I have some ideas on a wicking garden bed that I'd like to construct after I get some advice regarding geotextiles/wicking/anaerobic rot.

But for now, I'll just leave it at Hi!

Welcome! to NGA, Pickle Chips! We're glad to have you.

We'd be pleasured to have you visit us in the Vegetables and Fruit forum. Looks like you've got a healthy cherry tomato plant there!
