This photo is not of Streptocarpus ionanthus subsp. ionanthus. Streptocarpus ionanthus subsp. ionanthus does not look like this, it has different leaf and flower color.

Member Insagi's last post was in 2016 but I agree, the photo in question and a few of the others at that database entry don't look right for S. ionanthus subsp. ionanthus. Photos of said AV can be seen on this page of the Gesneriad Reference Web: https://gesneriads.info/genus/...
