It looks a lot like the peony on the cover of the Fall APS Bulletin, labelled as Hans Maschke Seedling B5 (Bartzella x Lemon Chiffon). Not it, but there are similarities.

I agree It is a lovely peony! Today I've got the APS Bulletin and see the peony on the front cover. Yours has similar color indeed. It looks like a hybrid. Beautiful!
