Thread OP

I got this new plant. It was labelled "Calathea mix", obviously completely wrong. I believe it is some sort of Ctenanthe. But during my research I found very contradictory information; some people say it is "Ctenanthe setosa", some call it "Ctenanthe setosa 'Compactstar'", some say it is "Ctenanthe oppenheimiana". However, so far I could not find a single reliable source where these plants are described. I even found sources that claim "Ctenanthe setosa" and "Ctenanthe oppenheimiana" are the same.
I just wonder what this Ctenante stuff is anyhow Thinking and which variety my plant is. For example I am very curious how tall it might get - I saw pictures of a plant which was called "Ctenanthe oppenheimiana" that was more than 1m tall with giant leaves. It would be stunning if my plant could do this. But some sources claim that "Ctenanthe setosa" does not become this tall.
All in all it is quite a mess. So does anybody have better knowledge about these plants than I do?
I have attached pictures of my plant where we can see the leaf pattern, the purple/brown leaf undersides and the hairy stems.
