I have 2 prayer plants that I have questions about. The first two pictures are of the first plant and the next two pictures are of the second plant.

For the first one, the leaves are pretty healthy and the plant has been growing well for the most part. But out of the three plants in the pot, only one seems to be able to support the weight of its leaves. The other two are leaning on the pot, even thought their leaves looks fine. Is this normal for this kind of plant or should the stem be stronger?

The plant in the second pot seems to be in a worser condition. It was sharing a pot with a different plant (which I understand is not great for the plant but I got the plant from someone that way). The leaves are very soft and when I repotting it I saw that there was barely any root growth. The sad part is the plant's health seems to have worsened since re potting it (last picture)

In each of the plants' case, are there any tips on how I could revive them? I water them once a week during which time the soil does seem to dry out to a significant extent. They are both near north facing windows and receive moderate amount of indirect light.

I did a little bit of reading about prayer plants and have understood that since they are naturally found on the floor of rainforests, the ideal conditions are, not too much direct sunlight and a good amount of humidity. I think they are placed in location where the light is the correct amount. Since I don't have any space to keep near the kitchen and since my bathroom doesn't have any windows I wasn't sure where to place them to fix the humidity issue.

Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!
