Anybody familiar with this purple cylindrical shaped flora that hang in clusters.

These are the berries of Berberis species.
Maybe Berberis julianae?

Ah, you have these yourself ?

Can they be made into a tea and would it taste nice, perhaps in combination ?

Too big to grow in my small garden.
Pics taken in nearby garden.
Never tried to eat them...see link.
Common name is Barberry.
