Maybe an elm? I did not see any fruit, berries, nuts or spent flowers

Where is pic taken?
Would be good to see pic of the whole tree.
Leaf detail not very clear.
Not Ulmus...common name Elm as that has alternate leaves...which are uneven at the stalk end.
