Hi all. In the side of my house is a plant that I do not know the name of. I wanted to buy some more of them to fill in some places. Does anyone know the exact name of the plant? I live in Melboune Australia where we have light frost and weather up to 46C. Thank you very much in advance!

Thank you for your answer. I believe you correct it looks exactly like Cordyline stricta. I will post a picture of stem tonight

Yes indeed, that is A Cordyline stricta I believes, they are bit cold hardy compared to Cordyline fruticosa (common Ti plants), and it quite easy to propagated as well, also good as pot plants
