I love this plant.
So easy to grow and root.
This one in particular is the middle out of 3 that sprouted from the roots.
One was 3 times bigger, one 3 times smaller, all started at the same time.

Humbolt, is that a philodendron monstera deliciosa seedling? I was just researching different seeds I might wish to try growing and one I was looking at was the philodendron. If yours is the monstera you have answered a question for me. You state that it is so easy to grow and root. Yours is a very nice healthy-looking plant. Think I might order some seeds and give it a try. Just wondering how long it took to get it to that size.

It's a "mini monstera", Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma. I just call them minis, sorry for the confusion.

Looks like small delicosia, but I don't think think they're even a philodendron. I assume they got the common name from just the visual similarities.

And I've never grown a monstera delicosia from seed but am reading it's pretty straightforward. I've always done cuttings, dozens of them, and they're pretty easy, just slow. I assume it'd be the same from seed. Sounds fun.

There is no such thing as a philodendron monstera delicious a plant. Philodendron and Monstera are 2 different genera of plants. It's either a philodendron, OR it's a Monstera. In this case it's neither. It's a Rhaphidophora
