I am used to seeing small blooms on O. Twinkle! I doubt this id!

Agreed!
This is not Twinkle. At best the flowers are 3/8" wide. There are many on an inflorescence, not 4-6.

Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.
