Queen Anne's Lace

I planted some seeds in a 9' space between a wooden fence and the back of my garage, and I was really surprised they grew there. The area gets maybe 2 hours of sun only around noon when the sun is directly overhead.

Queen Anne's Lace makes for a whimsy banner. Lovey dubby

Beautiful banner Nancy! I love Queen Anne's Lace. I used to gather it for my dried wreath making. If it hadn't been for nature I would never have gotten enough flowers to Lovey dubby make a wreath.

Thank you, everyone! Yes, I've always loved the delicate flowers on Queen Anne's Lace. Even in that weird spot behind my garage without much sun, it's already self-seeding and spreading a bit. I'd love if it entirely filled that space back there and blocked out the grape vines that I trip on every year and have to spend a few days having to cut back and dump. Plus it's food for swallowtails, win-win!

Nancy, I could use those grapevines to make a wreath! Just kidding! Sadly, those days are over for me. I would have a major vertigo attack if I tried to gather vines. Sad
