Hi, I was wondering if anyone who has grown Polystachya bella can tell me whether it is deciduous or not. Thank you!

No, it is not a deciduous species.
It is an intermediate to cool growing species from central Africa.
Needs moderate light, no real direct sunshine with ample water and humidity when actively growing. Does well with a moderate winter rest period of less water and lower humidity. 60% is ideal in winter, 80% when actively growing.
It blooms regularly with non-resupinate ( upside down ) flowers. Requires a media that holds moisture yet drains well. Does not tolerate a stale media or being over potted. Does well 'tightly' mounted.
