Happy holidays to all! Appreciate recommendations for LED grow lights that are good quality and value, to supplement light for house plants and to continue enjoying herbs in winter. Looking for two uses:

1) Herb pots on a shelf, including Moroccan Mint, Oregano, Basil, Lemon Balm (a type of mint), Lavendar and Catnip. Will need to cover a 3 ft long shelf of pots.
*QUESTION: What length of LED strip to get, and how high up from the plants should the LED light be mounted? The herb shelf can be placed 2 feet from a NE-facing window for some indirect light.

2) To supplement indirect NE light next to a window for two corner areas with a 4x 4 ft or 5 x 5 ft grouping of plants and shrubs - plants like Cat Palm, Norfolk Island Pine, Chinese Red Evergreen, Zebra Plant, Minga Aralia, Monstera, Dracena, Ferns, Spider Plant, Ponytail, Aglaonema, Raphidopora Tetrasperma, Alocasia, Calathea and Snake Plant.
* QUESTION to cover a 4 x 4 ft or 5 x 5 ft area, what size light to get and how high up from the plants to mount it? Should the light be round or a strip light?
