This doesn't really look like Graptosedum Sunsplash to me. Sunsplash should have variegation on it apart from the leaf shape and color shown in the photo ?
Yes, Sunsplash is supposed to have milky lemon yellow leaves, according to the patent. Maybe this is the parent (California Sunset) or a reversion to the parent? This is not a plant I have any experience with so maybe someone else will know for sure.
