We are lucky that there is a commercial nursery just a few miles away from our home, where they grow the annuals used by landscapers for beautifying subdivisions, businesses, parks, etc. They also sell to the local public, so I get great plants for a very reasonable price. I always enjoy visiting, but I have forced myself to buy only what I can plant within the week, and once those are planted, I can go get more.
